Speaking of that debate, I’ve been meaning to write up a response to Eve Tushnet’s rejoinder. I think what’s mostly needed is for me to clarify my position, rather than to “respond” as such, actually, but I’ll be doing whatever you want to call it later today, once I’ve gotten some other writing out of the way.
