  When I moved out from PA to CA a few years back, the guy who drove our shipping container told me he went to school with Robert Pollard and was friends from way back in Dayton, OH. He was definitely not making this up because the dude was anything but a hipster – a serious old dirty trucker and wouldn’t know the Pixies from Sebadoh if his life depended on it. He said “Bob” would come through town once in a while and they’d have beers.

  Very strange. But to answer your question I’d say because it’s from one of the greatest albums of all time. In my humble opinion.
