I’m not sure if you take “requests,” but I’d be interested to hear your take on McCarthy’s interpretation of the Ninth Circuit’s ruling. Should this precedent even apply to electronic communications?
Perhaps my hackometer isn’t as finely tuned as yours, but I haven’t found any of the links provided in this series so far to be self-evidently hacktastic. I agree with southpaw — put forth a little effort, man!

You only call it hackery because you want America to lose!

I dissent from this policy. You should eviscerate the hacks, especially Schiffren, with wit and pith.
Don’t just link to them. Jump up and down on their heads and make their inadequacy famous.
