Bemused thanks to the reader who mailed me a “Cosmos” sticker featuring the logo of the defunct New York soccer team. As chance would have it, I used to go watch the Cosmos play with my father as a very young child, so it’s apt in both the literal and the ironic/political sense. It has joined the proud, the few, the laptop stickers:
